Job Summary: As a Sign Installer, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our clients' visions to life by installing a variety of signage solutions, from interior displays to exterior monuments and vehicle wraps. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately install signs, banners, graphics, and other visual elements at client sites, including indoor, outdoor, and vehicle applications.
  • Prepare installation sites by measuring, marking, and ensuring proper alignment for optimal results.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as ladders, drills, lifts, and vehicles to complete installations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are ready and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct site surveys and post-installation inspections to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle and shop area.
  • Provide excellent customer service during on-site interactions, representing FastSigns professionally.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and support collective growth.
Requirements:

  • Tangibles:
    • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Reliable working vehicle for transportation to job sites (mileage reimbursement provided).
    • No criminal history; must pass a background check.
    • Ability to pass a drug test.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
    • Basic experience with hand tools and power equipment (sign installation experience preferred but not required; training provided).

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
